Delete your account
You can request deletion without reinstalling or opening Road to GOAT.
Send a deletion request
- Email eucna.studio@gmail.com from the email address used for your Road to GOAT account.
- Use the subject Road to GOAT — account deletion. Include your username if you know it and state that you want your account and its linked data deleted.
- We will verify ownership and respond with any necessary next steps, including the status of your request.
If the button does not open an email app, copy the address above into your email service. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents or payment details.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your online account/profile, friend connections and requests, and leaderboard submissions linked to that account. You will lose access to those online records.
For guest-only leaderboard data, tell us the displayed alias and career details. We may need further evidence of ownership before removing records. If you still have the original installation, Settings → Delete user provides the guest deletion flow. If you no longer have it, email us for help.
What stays on your devices
A web request cannot erase local careers on your phone or browser. To remove those, use the in-app deletion option or clear the app/browser data yourself. Local saves on other devices are not remotely erased. There are no cloud saves to restore after deletion.
Records that may remain
Service backups, restricted technical logs and security records may remain under provider retention policies. Non-public tombstones of deleted device credentials prevent erased submissions being restored. We will explain any applicable retention when handling your request.
Delete from inside the game
If you can open the game, go to Profile → Delete account & local saves. This also erases local careers on that device after the online deletion succeeds.
